1. Introduction

The bituminous mixture multi-functions testing machine adopts separated structure of loading frame and control system. The testing machine equips with low temperature environmental chamber and pressure loading system, can complete Marshall stability test of bituminous mixtures with diameter 101.6mm and 152.4mm, prism sample uniaxial compression test, bending test, splitting test and free-thaw splitting test, rebound modulus test and cylindrical sample uniaxial compression test.

2. Main Features

l  Large screen LCD display, digital keyboard, LCD screen displaying complete test data and real-time test curves

l  Built-in data storage function, which can save 10 sets of test data, and the data can be viewed and displayed on the LCD screen

l  15 shutdown points can be set for pressure and displacement, which can detect crushing points and peak values, and some functions can be turned off by setting. By combining functions such as pressure range selection, recording point setting, pause function, and crushing point detection, most of the material testing requirements can be completed.

l  The test temperature can be arbitrarily set between -25 and 70
