The accuracy of the force value of the electronic tensile testing machine has a crucial impact on the test results. During the use process, the force value of the tensile testing machine needs to be calibrated regularly. When the tensile testing machine force value needs to be recalibrated:

1.if there is doubt on the repeatability of the sensor force value is not good when using it. By testing the test force value of some relatively stable products, if it is obviously wrong, it needs to be recalibrated.

2. The tensile testing machine does not display the force value during the tensile test, and still does not display the force value after plugging and unplugging the sensor cable. It may be that the sensor is damaged or the main board of the testing machine is damaged. In this case, the force measuring sensor and main board need to be replaced and recalibrated.

3. The validity period of the sensor is one year, if it is more than one year, please ask a third party to calibrate.

The following solutions can be used for the above situation:

1. Confirm that the signal transmission of the load cell is normal, pull the load cell by hand to see if there is a force value, and rule out the damage to the load cell. Hang a standard weight, such as 10kg, at the vertical center line of the tensile force sensor. When the weight is stationary, look at the force value displayed by the tensile testing machine. If the deviation is large, you can enter the sensor force value calibration procedure according to the manufacturer's instructions or consult the manufacturer for operation methods.

2. Contact the manufacturer to assist in handling load cell or motherboard replacement.

3. Find a qualified third-party calibration agency for testing and calibration.
